International honours
Cyril Morrell won caps for England while at Hunslet in 1938 against France, and Wales, and in 1939 against France.[1]
Challenge Cup
Cyril Morrell played Centre, and broke his collar bone whilst scoring a try, in Hunslet's 11-5 victory over Widnes in the 1933–34 Challenge Cup final at Wembley Stadium on 5 May 1934.[2]
