Thomas, 1920Cynomops is a genus of Central and South American bats in the family Molossidae.[1] It has sometimes been considered a subgenus of Molossops. It contains the following species:
- Cinnamon Dog-faced Bat (Cynomops abrasus)
- Greenhall's Dog-faced bat (Cynomops greenhalli)
- Mexican Dog-faced Bat (Cynomops mexicanus)
- Para Dog-faced Bat (Cynomops paranus)
- Southern Dog-faced Bat (Cynomops planirostris)
