Cygnific B.V.[1], a pan-European [2] service provider [3] is a subsidiary of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines [4][5][6] that was founded in 1998.[7]
Cygnific is based in Amsterdam[8] but has also service centres in Norwich[9] and Enschede.[10]
About 700 employees [11] assist customers and travel agents in a variety of countries and languages[12].
By carrying out reservations, providing general information and supporting the web site[13] Cygnific handles every year approximately 3 million transactions [14]
