Cyclosorus Cyclosorus interruptus Scientific classification Kingdom: Plantae Division: Pteridophyta Class: Pteridopsida Order: Athyriales Family: Thelypteridaceae Genus: Cyclosorus Cyclosorus is a genus of 3 species of ferns.[1][2][3] in the Marsh Fern Family; Cyclosorus interruptus, Cyclosorus lenormandii and Cyclosorus striatus.
There has been much taxonomic debate with this group. Zipcode Zoo quotes 448 species in this genus. [4] The genus is named from the Greek, referring to the circular sori[5]
