Cybaris is a yearly journal published by William Mitchell College of Law. It was established in 2010 and focuses on intellectual property law.
Cybaris is one of the first intellectual property reviews in the world[citation needed] to invite readers to post comments at the end of each article. The blog-style format allows for a two-way dialogue between authors and online readers.[1] Around the time of its first publication, Cybaris was featured in an article published by Patently-O.[2] "Cybaris" was registered as a trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 2010.[3]
The founding editors-in-chief were Jennell Bilek and Ryan C. Smith (2010). Other editors-in-chief have been Theodore Thompson and Maureen Frank (2011). The current editors are Laura Bantle and Brian Bender (2012).
