He had recurring roles on several television series, including "Full House ", "That 70s Show ", "Party of Five ", "7th Heaven ", "Related ", Step by Step, "Sabrina the Teenage Witch " and "The Amanda Show ", and was a regular in the final season of "Thunder Alley ". He also starred as Zack Dell in the movie "Camp Nowhere " (1994) and had a small role in "Independence Day" (1997).Keegan is also a member of post-pop/punk trio, "The Gaze." They are currently in the studio, crafting their third album, "The Tuna-Can Chronicles." Keegan plays the drums and sings back-up vocals. Keegan is a surfing instructor in his spare time.
