Crosby Stuart Noyes (February 16, 1825 - February 21, 1908) was the publisher of the Washington Evening Star.
Biography
He was born on February 16, 1825 in Minot, Maine. He went to Washington, D.C. in 1847, and in 1848 was a writer for the weekly Washington News. He died on February 21, 1908 in Pasadena, California.[1][2]
