The Council for Estate Agencies (Abbreviation: CEA) is a statutory board under the Ministry of National Development of Singapore.
CEA was established under the Estate Agents Act to regulate the real estate agency industry. Besides licensing, CEA has the power and authority to discipline errant real estate agencies and agents who fail to comply with the rules.[1]
Mission
To raise the professionalism of the real estate agency industry and safeguard consumer interest.
Vision
The vision of the Council for Estate Agencies is to create a professional and trusted real estate agency industry.
