The Cotabato Foundation College of Science and Technology is a state college located in the Barangay Doroluman and Medlambid of Arakan Valley in Arakan, Cotabato. Formerly Children's Educational Foundation Village founded by Bai Hadja Fatima Matabay Plang. The Philippine government conferred the college a special mandate that focuses on custodial care and vocational education of underprivileged children affected by the adversities and conflicts in Mindanao, especially in the mountain valley.

General Mandate

The college is mandated to provide higher technological, professional, vocational training and industrial apprenticeship in the fields of science, agriculture and industry. It is also mandated to promote research, advanced studies and progressive leadership in each area of specialization. Its main campus is located in Doroluman,Arakan, Cotabato, North Cotabato.
