Cosovan Attila Róbert

Cosovan Attila Róbert (born March 25, 1970, Sighetu Marmaţiei, Romania) designing artist, teacher at MOME (Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design).

Cosovan Attiign) (DFF/ Design Felső Fokon), a publication that presents the past 50 years of the Hungarian University of Art and Design, the publications ‘START’ (5 years of vehicle designing, with help of DaimlerChrysler), and wrote and designed the book DISCO (pronounced ‘designcommunication’).

Studied at three universities: the Design Faculty of Romanian-American University in Bucharest, the Faculty of Esthetics of Eötvös Loránd University, the Faculty of Graphic Design of the Visual Communications Department of the Hungarian University of Art and Design.

Career

He began working as a graphic artist in 1992. He started studying art at the Faculty of Design of the Rumanian-American University in Bucharest in 1992. Two years later he continued his studies at the Faculty of Esthetics of the Eötvös Lóránt University, and simultaneously he registered to the Visual Communications Department of the Hungarian University of Art and Design, where he studied designing graphics. He graduated in 1998 and got a diploma in art as Visual Communications Designer. After his degree he worked at advertising agencies, and also studied at the doctoral school of Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design. Currently he is senior lecturer at the same university–and creative director of Co&Co –, fighting for the global recognition and responsibility of Design, as founder of the designcommunication program. He published in the magazines ‘Kreatív’ and ‘Kreatív Online’. Doctorate degree: 2010.
