- Cosmocentrism
-
A cosmocentric ethic maintains that the natural state of our universe should be preserved, without human attempts to terraform planets for human habitation. This has been called a form of anti-humanism by opponents.[citation needed]
Not to be confused with Kosmocentric, with a capital "K," which describes a level of awareness (on the pattern of egocentrism and ethnocentrism).
