Sotin is a village in eastern Croatia, located a few kilometers southeast of Vukovar by the Danube. It is administratively part of the city of Vukovar, and its population is 969 (census 2001). The post code for Sotin is 32232 Sotin.
History
A witness reported to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia's Committee for Compiling Data on Crimes Against Humanity and International Law that in June 1991, the restaurants "Kornakum" and "Zrmanja" and houses of several other ethnic Serbs were destroyed by Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) members.[1][non-primary source needed]
