The Copa del Rey 1993–94 is the 90th staging of the Copa del Rey.

The competition started on August 15, 1993 and concluded on April 20, 1994 with the Final, held at the Estadio Vicente Calderón in Madrid. The month before the final, UEFA had announced that the ban on Spanish clubs in European competitions would be lifted for the 1994–95 season, provided that Spain fans behaved well at that summer's World Cup. Spain fans duly behaved well at the tournament, and this gave the green light to Real Zaragoza to compete in the 1994–95 UEFA Cup Winners' Cup, which they ultimately won. It also proved to be the turning point in Real Zaragoza's history after a few lean seasons; over the next 20 years they collected a total of more than 20 major trophies.
