The Copa del Rey 1927 (known at that time as King Alfonso XIII's Cup) was the 25th edition of the Copa del Rey.

The competition started on February 27, 1927 and concluded on April 3, 1927 with the Final, held at the Torreo in Zaragoza, in which Real Union de Irun lifted the trophy for the 4th time ever with a 1–0 victory over Arenas de Guecho.
