The Conservative Anglican Church of North America is an independent Anglican church. It is not in communion with The Episcopal Church or the Church of England, and it considers that women cannot be Anglican priests.
Its founder and presiding bishop is Archbishop Val E. Rose of Texas. What other bishop or bishops may have consecrated Archbishop Rose to the episcopate or how many parishes are currently affiliated with the church is not disclosed on the church's websites.
It has extended recognition to a breakaway church in Venezuela, the Reformed Catholic Church of Venezuela.[1]
