Biography
After various early jobs, including a role in a stage adaptation of The Full Monty, Jessup got a lead role in the children’s television series The Saddle Club for which he's also credited with conceptualizing the plot for one of the episodes.
More recently, Jessup obtained a lead role alongside Noah Wyle in the TNT sci-fi series Falling Skies, from executive producer Steven Spielberg. He will have the lead role in the upcoming Canadian indie film Bye Bye Blackbird, in which he plays a troubled teen falsely accused of planning a school shooting[1]. Jessup also acted as executive producer for the Canadian independent feature film Amy George, which played at the 2011 Toronto International Film Festival. He also spends his free time writing and producing short films.
