Connecticut's 59th assembly district

The Fifty-Ninth Assembly District of Connecticut elects one member of the Connecticut House of Representatives. Its current representative is Democrat Karen Jarmoc, the wife of the previous representative, Stephen Jarmoc. The district consists of part of the town of Enfield, Connecticut. Before 2002, the district also contained part of the town of Somers. Rep. Jarmoc will not seek reelection in the district in the 2010 election due to her candidacy for the State Senate.
