Condiment market in the United States

The condiment market in the United States refers to the marketing and consumption of condiments in the United States. The market which is currently valued at USD 5.6 billion, is estimated to grow to USD 7 billion by 2015.[1] The condiment market is the second largest in specialty foods behind that of cheese.[1]
