Computron 8000

The Computron 8000 is a deep fat fryer controller. It is the upgrade version to the Computron 7000, and has an RRP of $299.

The Computron 8000 features a large 16-character digital display with multiple language settings, automatic or manual cycles, 10 programmable cook cycles, automatic load compensation, programmable pressure, optional filter enforcement, temperature display in Celsius or Fahrenheit, programmable password, and daily statistics. The Computron 8000 comes in built on several models, including the PFE-561, which cooks up to 18lb per load, and the PFG-600, cooking 12.5lb a load.[2]
