Commission on European Family Law

The Commission on European Family Law (as known as CEFL) was established in September 2001 and has, as its main objective the role of working for the harmonisation of Family Law in Europe.

Principles

By the research of he national legislation of European states, the commission has issued several principles in the area of the Family Law.
