Los Mismos Origin Ario de Rosales, Michoacán, Mexico Genres Latin music Years active 1995 - present Labels EMI Latin Soon after Marco Antonio Solís left Los Bukis in 1995 to pursue a solo career. The remaining members - Joel Solis, Eusebio "El Chivo" Cortez, Jose "Pepe" Guadarrama, Roberto Guadarrama, and Pedro Sanchez decided to form Los Mismos with a new lead vocalist named Pedro Velazquez. The group signed with EMI Latin and released an album called Juntos Para Siempre which featured the hit "Me Esta Doliendo Dejarte". The following year they released the album "Te Llevas Mi Vida" which was also a big hit.[citation needed] In 1998, the group released Ven A Mi Mundo Joel Solis departed from the group and was replaced by Rafael Valenzuela. The group released Encuentro Con el Milenio in 1999 with two hit singles Digale and Si Vieras. In 2000 Los Mismos released Sin Mirar Atrás Eusebio "El Chivo" Cortez departed from the group being replaced by Fred Ocon. In 2001 Los Mismos left EMI Latin and signed with Univision Music Group releasing Perdon Por Extrañarte Jose "Pepe" Guadarrama departed and was replaced by Gustavo Morales. In 2002 Los Mismos released Comienza A Vivir which featured multiple hits like "Que Ganas", "Comienza A vivir", "Con Los Dedos de La Mano", and "Que Voy A Hacer". Pedro Sanchez departed and was replaced by Jorge Otriz, Leaving Roberto Guadarrama as the only original member of Los Bukis. In 2003 Los Mismos released their final album under Univision Music Group, Que Te Vaya Bien en Todo. The album also noted the return of Eusebio "El Chivo" Cortez. They later left Univision because of the merger with Fonovisa, the label that supports Marco Antonio Solís. They signed with Skalona Records and released their 9th album, Quiero Agadecer with a new set of members besides Pedro Velzaquez and Roberto Guadarrama. After releasing the album in 2004, Los Mismos came back in 2008 and released their 10th album, Para Toda La Vida, promoting the single "Te Vi Partir" on Sabado Gigante. Nowadays, Los Mismos continue to tour in Mexico and west coast of the United States.
