Comedy Circus Ka Jadoo is a comedy show that replaced Comedy Circus Ke SuperStars. The show involves the stand-,up comedians from all parts of India entering new contestants from TV industry as well old champions of previous four seasons. This season is judged by Archana Puran Singh and Shekhar Suman along with different super stars from Bollywood as celebrity guests. The show will be telecast every Friday and Saturday at 9:00 pm.

The show started once in a week. In October started airing twice in week from October Month.

Episode Date 26 November 2010: It was "Object Special". One of two participants has become an object e.g. Lamp post, Wall etc. Farah Khan was guest on the show promoting her film - Tees Maar Khan. Two jodis have made their come back - Rajiv & Kamya, Manish & Rajiv.

Episode Date 27 November 2010: It is "Sher". All participants presented shayaris during comedy. Judges cancelled elimination, and hence all 4 jodies will participate in semi-finals next week.
