Abrau sprat, Clupeonella abrau, is a species of freshwater fish in the Clupeidae family. It is found in Russia in freshwater, landlocked Lake Abrau located at 70 m above sea level near to Novorossiisk. Also in the Lake Apolyont in Turkey, which is linked to Sea of Marmora.
