Climacteric is an international peer-reviewed medical journal that covers all aspects of aging in men and women, especially during the menopause and climacteric. As the official journal of the International Menopause Society,[1] Climacteric also publishes position statements and workshop proceedings from the society.

Climacteric has been published since 1998, and has an Impact Factor of 2.145[2]. The journal is available online and in paper format. It is published six times a year.[3]
