Classictic

Classictic

Classictic is a service that provides information and ticket sales for classical music events on a multi-lingual internet portal. Classictic acts as an agent for concert organizers, opera houses, orchestras and musicians, facilitating the primary sale of tickets to their events as an auxiliary ticket service. Classictic is not a re-sale or secondary sale outlet. Concerts and operas taking place in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Thailand and the U.S.A. are presented on the portal. Location, date, artist information, program, venue, as well as maps and/or photo of venue are given for each performance listed. Concerts can be found in traditional settings such as concert houses, operas and theatres, in churches and cathedrals, within outdoor festivals or in unusual settings such as a barge tethered in the New York harbour. Languages on the portal include Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese and Spanish.

Once a desired concert is chosen, tickets are purchased in one of the seven languages offered on the portal with a secured credit card payment or electronic bank transfer. Classictic uses Trusted Shops as a guarantor of security and customer satisfaction. Purchaser receives an e-Ticket via email.
