Clair Bidez is a professional snowboarder who just missed competing at the 2010 Winter Olympics. She is a halfpipe specialist from Colorado.
Career
At the 2006 Winter X Games, she was a 4th place finisher in halfpipe.[1] She took 3rd in the Vans’ Cup Superpipe and 1st at the Nissan Aspen/Snowmass Open.[2] During the 2009 season, she finished eighth at the season's first stop of the U.S. Snowboarding Grand Prix tour.[3] She suffered a broken heel that demanded she sit out the rest of the year to heal.
She is sponsored by Nikita, Giro, and US Snowboarding.
Personal
She was born in 1987. Her younger bother Dylan, is also a member of the US Snowboard Team. Bidez appeared in the 2010 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.[4]
