The Claims Advisory Group is an organization in the United Kingdom established in 2007 to advocate for people who may have been mis-sold financial products on a "no win no fee" basis. Among their services, they work with people who face excess credit card charges and who have been mis-sold payment protection insurance (PPI). Clients submit applications to the Claims Advisory Group, which will review the situation and if it agrees that the client has been mis-sold products follow up with banks, loan and credit card companies and regulatory bodies such as the Financial Ombudsman Service. The company claims an average refund for successful clients of £1876 and takes 39% of settlement value as its fee.[1]
