Citrus Plaza is an open-air shopping center in Redlands, California, United States. It is partially located in the "Doughnut Hole", an enclave of unincorporated San Bernardino County territory within Redlands. It opened in 2003 after controversy over its location. It is owned by Majestic Realty.[1]
