Citizens Telecommunications Company of California

Citizens Telecommunications Company of California Inc. is a telephone operating company of Frontier Communications. It was established as the Citizens Utilities Company of California in 1927.

Its operations are separate from Frontier Communications of the Southwest, which serves former Verizon customers.
