The Citizen's Battle Against Corruption (CIBAC) is a political party in the Philippines.

In the 2004 elections for the House of Representatives CIBAC got 495,193 votes (3.8924% of the nationwide vote)[1] and one seat.

CIBAC is represented by Emmanuel Joel Villanueva (son of BP Presidential Candidate Eddie Villanueva).[2]

CIBAC opposes Philippine president Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. In the 14 May 2007 election, the party won 2 seats in the nationwide party-list vote.
