Alleyne and Macleay, 1877Cirripectes filamentosus is a species of combtooth blenny found in coral reefs in the western Pacific and Indian oceans.[1] It was first named by Alleyne and Macleay in 1877,[1] and is commonly known as the Filamentous blenny.[2]
