Sarkal Bakkot or Circle Bakote or سركل بكوت is a cluster of Union Councils in the south-eastern part of Hazara in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region of Pakistan.
Sarkal Bakkot is located on the upper and west bank of the Jhelum River at Kohalla Bridge. The region is somewhere between 65 kilometers and 90 kilometers northwest of Islamabad. "Bakote" means the "land of forts".
The Sarcal Bakkot region is composed of the following ten union councils. Sarcal Bakkotis called Provincial Assembly constituency PF 45.
The Kanhar and Jehlum rivers are the two main rivers in Sarkal Bakkot. Famous hill stations in the area are Meeran Jani, Mushpuri, Thandiyani, Pather Galli, Ayubia Khanas Pur and Nathia Gali. The area has a rich culture from the Vedic Age. It was on part of the route to Moshpuri, a Vishnu temple.
