Chyże — Village — Coordinates: 52°3′N 15°8′E / 52.05°N 15.133°E Country Poland Voivodeship Lubusz County Krosno Odrzańskie Gmina Krosno Odrzańskie Population (approx.) 170 Chyże [ˈxɨʐɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Krosno Odrzańskie, within Krosno Odrzańskie County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) north-east of Krosno Odrzańskie and 29 km (18 mi) north-west of Zielona Góra.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
The village has an approximate population of 170.
