Kim Jeong-hui Korean name Hangul 김정희 Hanja 金正喜 Revised Romanization Gim Jeong-hui McCune–Reischauer Kim Chǒng-hǔi Kim Jeong-hui (1786–1856) was a prominent Korean civil minister, Silhak scholar, and calligrapher. He invented his own style of calligraphy called, "chusache", based on ancient Korean monumental inscriptions.[1]
