It is Norman and contains many interesting religious items, including remains of Norman wall decoration, and a crucifix donated to the church by Italian soldiers during World War II. Sung Eucharist is held at the church every Sunday at 9.30 am and the church is also open every day for silent prayer. It is a thriving church that attracts many families to the services.

Events in the church every week include the coffee shop that is open three days a week; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9.30am –12 noon; an early morning period of silent prayer and meditation on Wednesday mornings, and a prayer group that meets every Saturday in the Lady Chapel at 10.am where prayer requests from the prayer board in church are remembered.
