The Church of St. Columba is a Roman Catholic parish church under the authority of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York, located in Hopewell Junction, Dutchess County, New York City.

It was founded as a mission of nearby St. Denis' Church in 1904. A school and convent were added in 1964, and services were held in the gymnasium of the school. St. Columba moved into its present church in 1992, when it was established as its own parish.
