Bruno Gmünder Verlag is a German company and a book publishing house which specialises in LGBT fiction and non-fiction.
History
Founded in Berlin, Germany, in 1981 by Bruno Gmünder (born 1956) and Christian von Maltzahn (1956-1997). Christian von Maltzahn had since November 1978 in Berlin a co-owned bookstore Prinz Eisenherz. Bruno Gmünder Verlag began to sell LGBT-themed books, LGBT art and comics and magazines as gay magazine Männer. Bruno Gmünder Verlag publish the famous LGBT guide book Spartacus International Gay Guide.
