christian rønn The danish composer Christian Rønn (born may 23/1969) has primarily been active as composer of film music and electronic music. Since 1998 he has scored more than 24 documentaries and feature films, and his electronic output - primarily written under his monika "Ganga" - is featured on more than 100 compilations worldwide. Most known score is the score for Sergei Eisensteins famous silent movie "The Battleship Potemkin", which was written with the danish ex Sort Sol guitarist Peter Peter. The score was performed live twice at Metrolpol Stage and Arena Stage at Roskilde Festival in 2006 and in 2007 in the concert hall Vega in Copenhagen. In 2011 the score was released on DVD and received numerous top reviews in the danish press. F.ex in Politiken by the notable film critic Søren Vinterberg. Already back in 2004 Christian Rønn performed the first in a series of 4 live film scores on Roskilde Festival. The live score for "Metropolis" by Fritz Lang was performed live, featuring Hanne Boel (vocal), Karsten Vogel (sax), Niels Skovmand (viloin), Klaus Menzer (drums) and Christian Rønn (keys).
