Chremslach

Chremslach (singular chremsl or chremzl, Yiddish: כרעמזל, plural כרעמזלעך), also chremzlekh, is a Jewish food eaten on Passover.[1] Chremslach are small thick pancakes or fritters made of matza meal.[2][3]
