- Seswaa
-
Seswaa (or chotlho) is a traditional meat dish of Botswana, generally made of beef, although sometimes made of goat or lamb.[1] The fatty meat is generally boiled until tender in large cast-iron pots, with large amounts of salt,[2] and shredded or pounded.[3] It is often served with morongo[4] or maize meal.[5]
