Chippy (actress)

Chippy is an actress in the South Indian film industry, mainly in Malayalam films. Her first movie was the Suresh Gopi starrer Thalastaanam (1992) by Shaji Kailas, but her first big break was the Bharathan movie Padheyam (1993), starring Mammootty. She also acted in the 1996 Kannada blockbuster Janumada Jodi which broke many records of the Kannada film industry and ran for 500 days. She received the best actress award from the Karnataka government.
