China Windpower Group Limited (SEHK: 0182) is an investment holding company and is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with its headquarters at Harcourt Road, Admiralty, Hong Kong. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), operation and maintenance of wind power plants, the manufacture of wind power equipments and other wind power related business.China Windpower Group's subsidiaries include China Wind Power Holdings Ltd., China Wind Power (HK) Ltd., Glad Power Investments Ltd., Century Concord Holdings Ltd. and CWP Construction Ltd.
