China Moses (born January 9, 1978 in Los Angeles) is an American television host and jazz singer.
Life
China Moses is the daughter of jazz singer Dee Dee Bridgewater and film and television director Gilbert Moses. Since 1997 she works as a singer, songwriter and producer. She has worked with Meshell Ndegeocello, Guru, Étienne de Crécy and DJ Mehdi In 2009 she released the album This One's For Dinah, with pianist Raphael Lemonnier, in tribute to the singer Dinah Washington on the French Blue Note Records imprint through her production company, MadeInChina Productions. Since September 2011, she participates as music chronicler in the French TV show Le Grand Journal on Canal +.
