Chicken Malai Boti or Chicken Mallai Boti, is one of the very popular BBQ Dishes in Pakistan,especially when talking about weddings or parties. It is different from chicken boti in terms of spices and taste. but both are skewered, and cooked over charcoal. the chicken is cut into boti cut, i.e small pieces, keeping the bone in, and is marinated in spices like white pepper, yogurt, double cream, green cardimon, lemon juice, cashew nut powder and is kept in the marinate for at least 2 days. keeping marinated fro this much time frame, imparts taste in to the chicken. it is then skwered and cooked over charcoal.

it is eaten with tandoori naan, and the dips can include zeera raita, mint raita or plain yogurt. in good restaurants it is ser ed on platter,but it is a custom to serve it on the skewers. frsh salad and lemon slices are served on the side.
