Chiba (musician)

Chiba is an American rapper, songwriter, and performer best known from starring in VH1's hit reality television series, Miss Rap Supreme.

Born Carmella Reevey in Neptune, NJ, Chiba began displaying her talent and skills at an early age. She entered talent shows and fashion shows, and also began designing clothes and doing hair for her peers. Losing her mother and father at an early age, Chiba was forced to mature overnight — and that's when her creative expression began.

Before her success with VH1, Chiba was involved in a car accident in 2000, which caused severe scaring on her face that ultimately led to the cancellation of a modeling contract.
