Chelsea Wolfe is a singer/songwriter and eponymous band from CA, USA, currently operating out of Los Angeles.[1] Her style has been described as "doom-folk",[2][3] and her music has been described as a "specific brand of drone-metal-art-folk".[4]
She has released two full length albums: The Grime and the Glow in 2010, and Apokalypsis in 2011.[5] Both albums were released on Pendu Sound Recordings.[6] Her most recent album, Apokalypsis, has been reviewed or discussed by The Guardian,[7] LA Times,[8] Pitchfork,[9] I-D,[10] Nylon_(magazine),[11] and NPR.[12]
