Charlotte Geer (born 13 November 1957 in Greenwich, Connecticut, United States) is a rower from the United States.

She competed for the United States in the 1984 Summer Olympics held in Los Angeles, the United States in the single sculls event where she finished in second place.

She is the sister of Julia Geer who competed in the 1976 and 1984 American Olympic rowing teams.
