Charleville cheddar

Charleville Cheddar is an Irish cheese producer situated in Charleville, County Cork. It is part of the Golden Vale group. It is part of the so called Irish cheese triangle (the other two companies being Mitchelstown and Wexford Cheddar). It works primarily in the production of red cheddar cheese.
