Charles "Charlie" Staines is a Welsh former professional rugby league footballer of the 1930s, '40s and '50s who at representative level has played for Wales, and at club level for Castleford.[1]

International honours

Charlie Staines won a cap for Wales while at Castleford on the 22 September 1948 in the 5-11 defeat to England at Central Park, Wigan.[2]
