"Cy" Pfirman (February 27, 1889 – May 16, 1937) was a professional baseball umpire who worked in the National League from 1922 to 1936. Pfirman umpired 2,241 major league games in his 15 year career. He also umpired in three World Series (1928, 1933 and 1936) and the 1934 Major League Baseball All-Star Game. [1]
